T.J. WATERS IS A SENIOR CONSULTANT for U.S. Special Operations Command Headquarters. He previously served as a Sr. Counterintelligence Analyst for U.S. Central Command, an Economics and Trade Security Analst for the Central Intelligence Agency, and Vice President of a private intelligence consulting firm. Prior to his government service he enjoyed a successful private sector career that included Celotex Corporation, Lexis-Nexis, and BASF. He has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BA from the University of Tennessee. He is an adjunct professor in the Intelligence Managment and Analysis program at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He's authored over twenty articles on competition and strategy. He's been featured or quoted by the BBC, the Wall Street Journal, and featured on the cover of Goverment Executive Magazine.
